Le salon du sport du loisirs et des territoires est organisé par la société PUS - Presse universitaire du sport, groupe Territorial, en partenariat avec le CNOSF, infosport.org, Sports et territoires et le CNFPT.

Les congrés sont placé sous la responsabilité pédagogique d'un comité de pilotage composé de représentants de sports et territoires, du CNOSF et du CNFPT.
